The content on this site describes Riverbend Advisory and the kinds of work we do. It is general information, not financial, legal, investment, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice tailored to a specific situation. You should not act or rely on anything here without appropriate professional guidance.

No client relationship through this site

Browsing this site, reading its content, or contacting us does not make you a client and does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with Riverbend Advisory. A client relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter.

Engagement letters govern our work

Every project Riverbend takes on is governed exclusively by the engagement letter signed for that project — including its scope, fees, responsibilities, confidentiality terms, and any limitations. Nothing on this website adds to, modifies, or overrides an engagement letter. If anything here appears to conflict with a signed engagement letter, the engagement letter controls.

Confidential information

Until an engagement letter is in place, please do not send us confidential or sensitive information. Unsolicited information sent before an engagement is not subject to the protections an engagement letter provides.

Site content

The content and branding on this site belong to Riverbend Advisory Services LLC or its licensors. You are welcome to view and share links to it; please do not reproduce it commercially or present it as your own. This site also links to third-party services we do not control.
